O yea uTorrent 1.8.1. Finally this torrent program has removed the Download Limited rule. So now you can as little as you want. This may not seem like much but if you leave it open for a while, every little upload adds a little. And some broadband providers have a cap to how much you can upload, some even for download now. It use to be that you had to upload more than 5kbps so that your download on uTorrent wasn't limited, meaning the program slows your download. Now you can upload and download at the speed you want. Although this may seem nice, torrents depend on your upload speed, then you may have decent download speed. The more you upload the faster your download is. This is usually the case. Not always. You will get slower download speed if you upload at slower speed, depends upon the distribution or peers.
